today is the 106th day after the winter solstice, qing ming.  it is a day to commune with your ancestors and celebrate the spring greenery.  we burn paper money and eat crispy skin pork. qing ming rules. i spent the day in queens with my dad’s side of the family.  dim sum in flushing, grave tending in valhalla (ny).
